At Tele Beats, we are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent experience for all our users, whether you're buying or selling beats. Below, you’ll find the details of our refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for Buyers

Buyers may request a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Non-Delivery of Product: If the purchased beat is not delivered or made accessible after payment.
  2. File Corruption: If the files provided are incomplete, corrupted, or unusable.
  3. Misrepresentation: If the beat does not match the description or preview provided on the platform.

Refund requests for reasons outside these conditions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds for Sellers

Sellers are not eligible for refunds on fees paid to Tele Beats for platform services. However, in cases of disputes regarding refunds requested by buyers, sellers will be consulted during the resolution process.

Refund Process

Initiating a Request:

  • Buyers must contact Tele Beats Support at [email protected] within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Include the order details and a description of the issue.

Review Period:

  • Tele Beats will investigate the claim within 5–10 business days of receiving the request.
  • This includes verifying the issue and contacting the seller if needed.

Resolution:

  • If the claim is valid, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
  • If the claim is denied, both parties will be informed with a detailed explanation.

Conditions Where Refunds Are Not Issued

  1. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided if a buyer decides they no longer want the beat after purchase.
  2. Completed Transactions: Once the beat files have been downloaded and used, refunds are typically not eligible unless there is a technical or misrepresentation issue.
  3. Third-Party Payments: TeleBeats.io does not handle refunds for issues caused by third-party payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, credit card companies).

Dispute Resolution

If a refund request leads to a dispute between the buyer and seller, Tele Beats will mediate to reach a fair resolution. Both parties must provide evidence (e.g., screenshots, correspondence, or file uploads) to support their claims.
